Evening or Day Tour Booking/Cancellation policy:
Tour and Day Tour bookings must be completed using either VISA or MasterCard. We do not take a deposit on day-tours, so on
arrival you can either pay by credit card or cash. Cancellation of a day-tour must be made at least 24 hours prior to
scheduled departure. If Acadian Coast cancels there will be no charge. If you have not cancelled and do not show on
the day of the tour, the full cost of the tour will be charged to your credit card. If you have booked for other people and
one or more do not show up you will be charged the cost for the missing persons.
The reservation and cancellation
policy for multi-day tours is as follows: a 30%
deposit is due upon reservation, while balance is due 30 days before departure. We will send an equipment/clothing checklist
and info about the area plus direction to our departure point in New Brunswick (either Kouchibouguac or Dorchester Cape). For Cancellations: a full refund will be possible until 30 days prior to departure after which a
refund is available only if you can fill the vacancy. If Acadian Coast has to cancel there will be a full refund.
